Your Role

  • Design and develop scalable data architectures and pipelines, including graph databases, to support AI and analytics initiatives.
  • Implement and operationalize machine learning and Generative AI solutions, including RAG systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization, while keeping systems aligned with current trends and technologies.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, AI models, and system architectures.


Your Profile

  • Academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields; domain expertise in Automotive, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Public Sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop), and graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, AWS Neptune).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Familiarity with data science and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, LangChain) and MLOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, with a collaborative and self-driven mindset.
