As a Product Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of AI, engineering, and product — designing integrations, building APIs, and developing AI-powered features that empower marketers to achieve unprecedented results.

You’ll work directly with the founding team, owning projects end-to-end and shaping the technical foundation of a rapidly growing platform.

In your first 12 months, you’ll focus on:

• Building scalable APIs and integrations with advertising, CRM, and analytics platforms
• Designing and deploying AI-powered features for campaign automation and optimisation
• Architecting core systems to handle large-scale ad performance data
• Establishing engineering standards for reliability, scalability, and monitoring

Platform & API Development

• Design and implement robust API integrations and microservices
• Build and maintain connections with ad, CRM, and analytics platforms
• Develop AI-powered features for campaign optimisation and analytics
• Architect scalable, distributed systems that handle high data volumes

Backend & Frontend Engineering

• Contribute to the async Python backend (FastAPI) and TypeScript/React frontend
• Implement monitoring and analytics for campaign and system performance
• Collaborate with product and design to turn feedback into technical solutions

Reliability & Performance

• Ensure integrations and APIs are secure, efficient, and resilient
• Handle rate-limited APIs with robust retry and queue mechanisms
• Champion best practices for testing, observability, and fault tolerance

• 3+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software development
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI preferred) and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, async programming, and distributed systems
• Solid database skills (PostgreSQL, Redis) and experience with message queues (Celery, RabbitMQ)
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills

Bonus points for:

• Experience with ad platform APIs (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
• CRM or analytics integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, Segment, Mixpanel)
• Familiarity with AdTech systems (RTB, DSPs, SSPs)
• Managing rate-limited APIs or building high-throughput data systems
• Understanding of ad metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion tracking)

• You’re AI-native — comfortable using LLMs as development partners and building AI-powered features
• You’ve built production integrations handling millions of API calls
• You design for reliability, handling limits, retries, and failures gracefully
• You believe in automation and clarity, not manual workarounds
• You write clean, typed, maintainable code and thrive in fast-moving environments

• Backend: Python (FastAPI), Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic
• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Vite, TanStack Query
• Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Docker
• APIs: Google Ads API, OpenAI, custom integrations
• Monitoring: Comprehensive logging and metrics collection
