Rizzani de Eccher is looking for a Project Control Manager to join the team working on the Riga Central Station & Railway Bridge Project in Latvia. The role requires availability to be based in Riga.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and propose guidelines, procedures and standards for project control activities, in alignment with the Project Manager.
• Provide continuous support to project teams and business units, contributing to strategic decisions to meet project objectives.
• Monitor project planning, costing and progress in line with contractual and budgetary requirements.
• Support Project Manager in risk management, cost estimation, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
• Analyze deviations from baseline budgets and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic technical and financial reports for top management.
• Track progress, manage budgets, and update schedules to reflect scope or cost changes.

Requirements

• Solid background in construction with knowledge of techniques, materials, and industry standards.
• Proven experience in cost control and reporting within large-scale civil engineering projects (public and private).
• Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Experience in multicultural, international environments, ideally with General Contractors or JV projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project and the MS Office Suite.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
