We’re looking for IT processes Analyst to join the FRANMAX team.
About You:
- You have hands-on experience with IT monitoring, including understanding integrations with external systems.
- You have experience managing monitoring processes across the organization.
- You understand IT processes and how they apply to monitoring and incident management.
- You are really willing to THINK together.

You will:
- Act as the monitoring process owner.
- Define what needs to be monitored (e.g., infrastructure, applications, services), including components introduced through new projects.
- Analyze trends and recurring alerts and propose improvements for the creation of new monitoring rules.
- Develop a unified monitoring system that provides a single window for all monitoring alerts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to create monitoring for business processes.
- Contribute to the management and improvement of other IT service management processes.
