EKSMA Optics is a high-tech company based in Vilnius, Lithuania, and a global manufacturer and supplier of precision laser components used in lasers, laser systems, and other photonic instruments across industrial, medical, aesthetic, scientific, and defense sectors.

The company is part of the Zabolis Partners Group portfolio, which unites innovative companies in various fields – from laser technologies to digital solutions and data analytics.


We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to help improve operational efficiency and leverage data for strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the daily maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of Tableau dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and develop new reports and visualizations tailored to evolving business needs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to multiple departments.
  • Build and enhance data models supporting key business areas such as warehouse management, production workload measurement, and production capacity forecasting.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to align on priorities, present analytical findings, and support strategic decision-making across departments.
  • Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, with a strong interest or experience in developing financial models, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and contributing to broader finance-related initiatives.


Requirements

  • Higher education in economics, finance, business analytics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations.
  • Knowledge of finance and financial processes is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) is an advantage.
  • Good command of Lithuanian and English.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the ability to understand different aspects of the business beyond the numbers.

Salary:

From 2800 EUR/month before taxes. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
