Luxinnovation, Luxembourg’s national innovation agency, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Interreg team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating an initiative that drives the development and deployment of Interreg projects across various sectors. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for innovation and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project management: Understand the contractual requirements of conventions and Interreg projects. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the project, ensuring they align with the objectives of the associated contract and are delivered on time and within budget. Track progress against KPIs and propose adjustments to activities as needed to stay on schedule and within scope. Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure quality control on technical deliverables. Ensure traceability of project documentation.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and consortium partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource allocation: Monitor and guide optimal utilisation of resources for each project and associated work packages.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Internal and external reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, outcomes, and insights for stakeholders and senior management.
- Master’s degree in project management, innovation management, business administration, law or related field. Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus. Previous experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the technology or innovation sectors, is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German are required; French is a plus.
- Structured, organisational, and coordination abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and interdisciplinary team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter attitude with the initiative to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
- Capacity to navigate challenges and maintain composure under pressure.
