We're Marvia, the distributed marketing platform helping multi-location brands like Domino's Pizza, ZEISS, Toyota, and Steve Madden activate their local marketing potential across the globe. We're profitable, bootstrapped, and expanding fast across Europe and North America.
As our UX/UI Designer, you're the one leading the creative vision for how our platform looks and works. Your mission is simple: turn our complex functionality into a smooth, intuitive experience for tens of thousands of global users.
The role
You'll be the go-to design expert on our small, focused Product team (it's just you and the Product Owner). You get serious autonomy to guide and shape the entire user experience. Ensuring everything is easy to use, consistent, and effortlessly supports our global clients.
Why you'll succeed: This is a role of full ownership, not just support. Manage everything from high-level user flows down to every visual component, working closely with Development. Your designs will have an immediate, visible impact.
What You’ll Do
- Design ownership: Build, own, and maintain our design system. Ensure it’s flexible for customer branding while keeping the platform attractive and intuitive.
- End-to-end UX/UI: Take ideas from concept to completion. Turning requirements into effective designs, from defining flows all the way to delivering pixel-perfect, ready-to-go mockups.
- User advocacy: Partner with Customer Success and Growth to understand what our users need and where they get stuck, then bring your expert user-centric solutions to life.
- Platform optimization: Proactively use data and feedback to spot and drive improvements to the platform's usability.
- 4+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer, working with complex SaaS platforms.
- A track record of turning complex stuff into something intuitive and beautiful, with a strong portfolio showing visual design and UI execution.
- An all-around mentality; you can easily switch between big-picture UX and detailed UI design.
- Expert skills in Figma (or similar tool) and collaborating with developers.
- Fluency in English and comfortable working in an international team.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the B2B marketing or social media SaaS industry.
- Know how to keep design consistent across different client brands (multi-tenant or white-label).
We offer
- Salary range: €35.000 - €53.000 per year, depending on your experience.
- Hybrid work: 3 days in our Amsterdam HQ, 2 days flexible.
- Unlimited paid time off: with a required minimum to make sure you actually take time for your well-being.
- Corporate pension plan and travel allowance.
- A smart, ambitious, and truly collaborative team.
- Annual company retreat in Europe with the entire global team.
- The opportunity to grow your career with us as we scale globally.
Marvia isn't just another startup: we're profitable, proven, and scaling fast across global markets. Our customers love what we do (ask us about our NPS scores), our product solves real problems, and our grow is just getting started.
This is a defining role for our product and your career. If you’re a responsible professional ready to take the initiative and build something great, we want to hear from you!
