EMEA Recruitment is delighted to partner with a global leader in the FMCG Industry to recruit a driven and attentive HR Generalist on an FTC basis to support the Disentanglement project.
This role is key in ensuring smooth HR operations during a period of organizational transition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment coordination, HR administration, and systems management.
Key responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
- Be the point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries
- Manage the full employee life cycle
- Maintain accurate personnel records in accordance with GDPR and Dutch employment legislation.
- Support managers with employee relations issues
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with Dutch labor law and company strategy.
- Coordinate learning & development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives within the local and global HR team
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in HR Coordination or administration
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation
- Demonstrated experience leading global talent programs, succession planning, and performance initiatives
- Proficiency in HR systems - OrgVue and MYRB would be advantageous)
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner
