Position: AI-First UI/UX Designer (Generative AI & E-commerce)

Compensation: AED 15,000 - AED 20,000 per month + 10% Performance Bonus (Tax-Free)

Total Annual Package: Up to AED 264,000 (Tax-Free)

Your Mission: Embed an AI-first methodology into our daily design execution, leveraging cutting-edge GenAI tools to design exceptional e-commerce experiences that accelerate creative output and drive customer conversion.

You won't be polishing static mockups—you'll be mastering our core GenAI toolkit (Figma AI, Nano Banana, Vertex AI, Midjourney) to rapidly create and iterate on page layouts, designing next-generation UIs for semantic search, conversational shopping assistants, and personalized recommendation modules that define the future of e-commerce.

What You'll Need:

• 3-5 years of experience in web design, specifically for e-commerce.
• A strong portfolio showcasing shipped product detail pages, listing pages, or checkout flows with a clear connection to business metrics (e.g., conversion lift, improved engagement).
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and Dev Mode.
• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Nano Banana, Vertex AI, Midjourney) in a professional workflow.
