About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and continuous improvement of our products in Switzerland and international markets.
As a Product Manager, you will act as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and sales, transforming customer insights and business goals into a compelling product roadmap. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, creativity, and leadership to deliver exceptional product experiences and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback studies to identify new opportunities.
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams to guide product development and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and ROI.
- Prioritize features and initiatives using data-driven insights and stakeholder input.
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) planning and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product positioning.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to ensure user-centric product design.
- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to maintain product competitiveness.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in a Tech, SaaS, or B2B environment.
- Proven experience managing products or platforms through the full lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product development frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar product management tools.
- Fluent in English; German and/or French is an advantage.
- A balance of technical understanding, business insight, and user empathy.
