We’re a fast-paced team of builders, thinkers, and doers who care deeply about our craft. We’re also pet lovers, travelers, musicians, gamers, and so much more! Above all, we’re driven by a shared belief in what we’re building and the people we’re building it with.
Based in our central Zürich office, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, sales, marketing and customer success teams to bring ideas to life.
You have a keen eye for aesthetics and don't necessarily fit in to traditional labels of a product designer, UI/UX Designer, or Graphic Designer but have the versatility and desire to weave between all of them as needed. To set expectations UI/UX constitute about 80% of the of the role.
You'll create high-fidelity interactive Figma prototypes for product demos of new features, alongside documented design specs (ranging from high to medium fidelity) that support our development team in building new features and maintaining existing ones.
This is an on-site role as we are a small and dedicated team - no remote possibilities.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have strong expertise in UX & UI design, preferably for SaaS products (and ideally with LegalTech)
- Comfortable with balancing product and marketing design needs, creating prototypes, and supporting rapid iteration cycles
- Thrive on simplifying complex workflows into elegant solutions
- Have excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- Understand web development basics to collaborate effectively with developers
- Advanced knowledge and application of user-centered design methodologies
- Great communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Have senior level experience
- Location: We have an office near Zurich central station and mostly work on-premise
- Compensation: Competitive salary and equity package
- Collaborative and supportive work environment
- Potential for professional growth and advancement within the company
- Don't like wearing different hats
- Aren't REALLY good at making things looks really good
- Want a lot of clarity and direction about what to do and how to do it
- Must rely on traditional methods like user surveys for data
- Your first instinct is to hire a team to solve the problem
- This would be your first role or you are at the beginning of your career
- Want to work remotely and don't like collaborating in person
