About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our growing AI and Data Science team in Switzerland.
In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning (ML) solutions that enhance business processes, improve user experiences, and drive innovation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, transforming data into intelligent systems and actionable insights.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI model development, excellent programming skills, and a passion for applying emerging technologies to solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models to solve complex business and technical problems.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization for high-quality outputs.
- Work on deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to integrate AI models into production-grade systems.
- Conduct model validation, performance tuning, and A/B testing to ensure accuracy and scalability.
- Implement NLP, computer vision, or generative AI solutions depending on project requirements.
- Build end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment (MLOps).
- Research and experiment with emerging AI trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Document technical processes and maintain reproducible AI workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards (e.g., GDPR).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (PhD is a plus).
- 3–7 years of experience in AI / ML model development and deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and MLOps tools (Docker, MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in English; German or French is a strong advantage.
