You will join an international team delivering advanced control, supervision, and signaling systems for the railway and transportation industry, working closely with teams across Germany, the UK, and France.

What you will do:

• Built robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Artifactory, SonarQube, DependencyTrack, and Fortify, supporting secure and scalable software delivery.
• Developing and maintain Groovy scripts to automate version bumping and release flows from develop to master at the end of each sprint, aligning with agile delivery cycles.
• Supporting a mixed technology ecosystem including Java/Spring Boot, C#, C++, and JavaScript (npm) microservices, ensuring consistent deployment across environments via Kubernetes.
• Managing backend infrastructure that includes RabbitMQ for message processing, Redis for caching, and PostgreSQL for persistent storage.
• Collaborated with development teams building Spring Boot applications in Java, using Maven for build management, with full containerization and deployment to AWS EKS.
• Developed test automation workflows with Robot Framework, extended with custom Python keywords for cross-service validation.
• Provisioned and managed infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible in AWS, supporting dynamic cloud resource deployment and configuration.
• Maintained Kubernetes environments via Rancher, and managed application deployments with Helm charts and Cloud Foundry.
• Integrated internal and external REST APIs into CI/CD pipelines for health checks, validation stages, and service orchestration logic.
• Designed and maintained CI/CD workflows across Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, and AWS CodePipeline, with secure and audited deployment stages.
• Implemented delivery pipelines integrated with Vault for secrets management, JFrog Artifactory for artifacts, and Bitbucket for SCM and Gitflow automation.
• Delivered canary and blue/green deployment strategies via Helm, with built-in readiness checks and rollback conditions based on service health.

What you must have:

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Strong scripting skills in Groovy and Python for automation and workflow management.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with microservices technologies: Java/Spring Boot, C#, C++, JavaScript
• Experience with backend systems like RabbitMQ, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of automated testing, deployment strategies (canary, blue/green), and secure software delivery.
• Ability to work in international, distributed teams and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to spend short periods in Germany for onboarding or project work.
