Project Manager (SCM)

Proclinical is seeking a Project Manager to support an internal project focused on harmonizing processes and systems across two business units at both global and country levels. This role involves leading and overseeing supply chain project management activities for a global integration initiative. The position requires immediate availability and will run until June 2026.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain project management for a global integration project.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to evaluate and implement future integrated business setups.
• Oversee the design of future workflows, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders, project timelines, and business/IT requirements.
• Drive and manage the implementation of end-to-end supply chain flows.
• Utilize PMO tools to provide project tracking dashboards and proactively follow up on activities, including resolving open issues.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Proven experience in project management, including integration of finance systems and processes.
• Expertise in supply chain end-to-end flows and process implementation.
• Background in life sciences or commercial experience in the sector is advantageous.
• Ability to effectively mobilize and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
