About the RoleWe are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making and business optimization across our operations in Switzerland.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams — analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and delivering insights that drive process improvement, profitability, and innovation.
The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for transforming data into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, IT, and product) to optimize workflows and systems.
- Develop business process maps, user stories, and use cases to support new initiatives or technology implementations.
- Prepare and present insightful reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management decision-making.
- Support project management activities, including scope definition, risk analysis, and change control.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to align requirements and priorities.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Stay current with industry best practices, digital transformation trends, and data analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting, finance, or technology environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with business process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN).
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle) is an advantage.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; German or French is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
