🚀 Product Designer - Shape the Future of Work

Are you the Product Designer we’re looking for? At Nmbrs, our software supports over 1.5 million employees, most of whom directly interact with the tools you’ll help shape. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive and attractive UX/UI experiences and want to make a real impact on how people use our SaaS product, then this role in our Lisbon office could be the perfect match.

What you can expect in this role:

You will join one of our product squads with your main focus on designing user journeys and in-app guidance. You’ll work closely with the squad to understand how our SaaS product is used and identify opportunities to improve activation and adoption. Alongside this, you’ll collaborate with Product Marketeers and a Growth Engineer on projects where design directly drives feature adoption. In addition to the squads, you’ll be part of Chapter UX, working with other designers and UXers to develop a long-term UX strategy for our SaaS product. Your projects may also overlap with other domains.

In your daily work, you will...

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive upsell and onboarding experiences.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions influenced by data.
  • Design and iterate A/B test variations for in-product flows, ensuring the best-performing experiences are rolled out.
  • Apply behavioral design techniques to encourage feature discovery, upsell, and onboarding.
  • Validate user experience solutions with Nmbrs users via usability tests and prototypes.
  • Work closely with Product Marketeers and Growth Engineers to provide the design input they need to create seamless user journeys.
  • Align with the team on customer pain points and adoption opportunities.
  • Define and evaluate KPIs and success metrics for product launches and upsell campaigns.
  • Track performance indicators such as engagement, adoption, and conversion to higher packages.

Some of the tools we use to make it happen: Figma, Maze, Jira, Walnut and WalkMe.
