Tasks

Project Description:

The assignment contains a total of 1,000 short sentences that you must read on a screen and record using the Appen Mobile app. You only need to follow the sentences written in, you do not need to make up your own sentences.

• Example of a sentence you will read: "Okay Alexa, I need directions to work"
  
  
  

Task Duration:

Each sentence will take an average of 3 to 6 seconds. In total, you must plan 5 hours for the 1000 recordings. Of course we recommend you take breaks and we will give you at least 7 days to record your session.

Requirements

Required Condition:

• Have a newer smartphone device
• Must be Norwegian or English as a mother tongue and reside in Norway
• Able to record in a very quiet indoor environment, free from background noise
