We are seeking a motivated and experienced Resilience & Cybersecurity Consultant to strengthen our engineering teams’ ability to build secure and resilient digital products. The role focuses on operationalizing security and privacy strategies, driving disaster recovery readiness, and ensuring systems can withstand and recover from disruptions effectively.

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Resilience & Cybersecurity Consultant to strengthen our engineering teams’ ability to build secure and resilient digital products. The role focuses on operationalizing security and privacy strategies, driving disaster recovery readiness, and ensuring systems can withstand and recover from disruptions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain resilience and disaster recovery strategies across modern digital environments.
- Support engineering teams in embedding Security & Privacy by Design principles into daily operations.
- Translate security and privacy assessments into actionable risk insights that guide decision-making.
- Conduct resilience and recovery testing to validate the effectiveness of existing controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement continuous improvements.
- Provide expertise on incident response preparedness and business continuity planning.
- 2–5 years of experience in resilience, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Proven experience with disaster recovery planning, testing, and improvement in digital ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and privacy compliance.
- Ability to communicate complex technical findings in a clear and actionable way.
- Experience working in agile and collaborative engineering environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
