Job Title: Project Manager (German-Speaking) – Cleanroom Construction Projects

Location: Netherlands & Belgium (travel required between project sites)

Role Overview

The company is seeking a German-speaking Project Manager to oversee the delivery of cleanroom construction projects in the Netherlands and Belgium. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of cleanroom and controlled environment construction projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors across multiple European sites.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct progress meetings, risk assessments, and performance reporting.
• Promote best practices in health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Communicate effectively in German and English to maintain seamless coordination with international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, with proven expertise in cleanroom or high-tech construction.
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom standards, validation, and regulatory environments.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel regularly between project locations in the Netherlands and Belgium.
