We’re looking for an AI Engineer who will work on agentic systems, large language models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and AI-driven visual and generative technologies at Mobilina.

Responsibilities

• Develop LLM and Generative AI applications in finance, health, regulation, and media domains
• Design and build Agentic AI systems to automate complex workflows
• Integrate LLM models into real-world business scenarios using RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques
• Measure, optimize, and scale the performance of developed models
• Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to bring AI into user-facing experiences
• Evaluate and adapt open-source or commercial LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Qwen, Gemini, etc.) for production use
• Design RAG-based knowledge systems and intelligent assistants
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and intelligent agents that enhance user experience
• Manage fine-tuning and data preparation processes
• Ensure secure, stable, and production-ready model deployments
• Build ethical, safe, and regulation-compliant AI solutions
• Oversee monitoring and continuous improvement of production AI models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in AI (LLM, Generative AI) development
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Transformers, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vLLM, and LangGraph
• Practical experience in RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Experience working with vector databases such as Chroma, FAISS, Qdrant, Milvus, or Weaviate
• Knowledge of Cloud AI platforms or On-Prem AI infrastructure
• Skilled in API development, integration, and data management
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software architecture
• Familiarity with MLOps / AI Ops tools (MLflow, CI/CD, model versioning)
• Collaborative, research-oriented, and eager to learn
• Good command of English for research, documentation, and communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience in finance, health, regulation, media, or AI content generation domains
• Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, etc.)
• Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, video, audio) models
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or a track record of academic publications.
