HR Project Manager (Global HR Systems Projects)
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, global-scale IT projects within the HR domain — including payroll, time & attendance management, and compensation & benefits applications.
This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in dynamic, multinational environments and has a passion for building efficient, scalable, and business-aligned digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to implement HR IT applications (payroll, T&A, C&B).
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL).
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and communication plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions to drive project consensus.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IS / IT Project Management, delivering complex, global-scale projects
- 2+ years of experience in HR domain system implementations (payroll, time & attendance, compensation & benefits)
- Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, or Scrum Master methodologies
- Familiarity with IS PM policies and standards is a strong plus
- Excellent documentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Motivated self-starter with a focus on innovation and best practices
- Fluent in spoken and written English
