HR Project Manager (Global HR Systems Projects)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, global-scale IT projects within the HR domain — including payroll, time & attendance management, and compensation & benefits applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to implement HR IT applications (payroll, T&A, C&B).
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL).
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and communication plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions to drive project consensus.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IS / IT Project Management, delivering complex, global-scale projects
• 2+ years of experience in HR domain system implementations (payroll, time & attendance, compensation & benefits)
• Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, or Scrum Master methodologies
• Familiarity with IS PM policies and standards is a strong plus
• Excellent documentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Motivated self-starter with a focus on innovation and best practices
• Fluent in spoken and written English
