At Norwegian, we’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Revenue Management Department — a key part of our commercial division dedicated to maximizing ticket and ancillary revenue across our global route network.
As part of this dynamic team, you’ll play a central role in shaping how we use data to make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions.
You’ll work with large and complex datasets, extracting, transforming, and analyzing data to uncover trends and opportunities. You’ll also create clear and compelling visual models and dashboards that help our stakeholders see the story behind the numbers.
This role offers close collaboration with revenue managers, analysts, and other internal partners, giving you a front-row seat to the commercial heartbeat of Norwegian.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
- Maintain, develop, and improve the commercial reports for the revenue department
- Develop analytical methods, tools, and strategies to enhance commercial performance
- Analyse data to identify underperformance in revenue management strategies and decision-making, and suggesting improvements
- Report on revenue performance to the Revenue Management Department and, when needed, the broader commercial organization
- Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration
- Acquiring data from various systems and sources to create ongoing and ad hoc reports and visualizations for the department
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- University degree in engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, or business studies
- 2+ years in an analytical role
- Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, or comparable tools such as Tableau or Qlik Sense
- Knowledge and experience with data warehouses such as AWS Redshift, SAP Business Objects, or Snowflake
- Familiarity with programming languages such as DAX, Python, SQL, R, VBA
- Strong overall computer literacy
- Great teamwork and Communications skills
- Ability to convey insights clearly and persuasively
- Excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage
