We’re building the GCC’s leading Rental Payment and Rewards Platform, combining digital rent payments, rewards, and credit-building into one seamless platform.

We’re looking for a Senior Mobile App Developer (Flutter) to join our core product team.

You will be responsible for building and scaling our mobile app across iOS and Android, integrating payments, rewards, and AI-driven personalization into a world-class fintech experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
• Build seamless integrations with payment gateways, loyalty APIs, and real estate systems.
• Implement and optimize user authentication, wallet functionality, and real-time transaction flows.
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Work with backend engineers on API design, testing, and deployment.
• Lead app releases and manage updates on App Store and Google Play.
• Implement analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools to optimize performance.
• Stay current with emerging Flutter trends, libraries, and best practices.
  

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, with 3+ years in Flutter.
• Strong understanding of Dart, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Firebase or similar backend frameworks.
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining apps on App Store and Google Play.
• Knowledge of payment processing, SDK integrations, or fintech systems is a strong plus.
• Experience working in agile teams and with CI/CD pipelines.
• Attention to detail, performance optimization, and user experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development.
• Familiarity with loyalty platforms, open banking APIs, or digital wallet systems.
• Previous experience in fintech, proptech, or superapp ecosystems.
