Role Overview

The Senior Data Scientist will lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning models to drive business insights and automation across multiple domains (Finance, Healthcare, Energy, Government, BFSI, etc.). The role involves transforming raw data into actionable intelligence, developing predictive and generative models, and ensuring solutions are scalable, explainable, and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards (e.g., UAE Data Sovereignty, TDRA, ISO 38507)

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in government or regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Energy).
• Familiarity with data privacy laws (UAE PDPL, GDPR, NESA, ISO 27001).
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with innovation-driven thinking.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 6–10 years in applied data science, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Technical Skills:
• Programming: Python, R, SQL, Scala
• ML/AI: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face
• Cloud Platforms: Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI
• Data Tools: Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Synapse, Spark
• Version Control & Deployment: Git, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, feature engineering, and time-series forecasting.

Experience with generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).

Experience in to Data Strategy & Leadership ,Model Development & Analytics, Business Collaboration, Data Engineering & Infrastructure , Governance & Compliance concepts.
