We are looking to hire an HR Onboarding Associate, who will be responsible for supporting the HR Team to conducting orientation sessions, providing ongoing support to new joiners to ensure a smooth transition into the company. This role is for our client based in Dubai, a leading holding company.


This position will have an initial duration of 6 months (renewable).


The role sits within the HR Department and reports directly to the Onboarding Manager.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across multiple hospitality properties, ensuring all pre-joining and joining formalities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Handle high-volume onboarding cycles, coordinating with HR, operations, and accommodation teams to ensure readiness before employee start dates.
  • Collect and verify all joining documents (passport, visa, Emirates ID, photo, etc.) and liaise with the relevant departments for processing and record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update onboarding trackers, employee status reports, and Excel-based databases manually with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding materials, welcome kits, and checklists aligned with company standards and hospitality service expectations.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture, policies, and benefits.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements such as IT access, uniforms, transportation, and accommodation allocations.
  • Support new joiners throughout their first weeks, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Collaborate with HR operations to ensure compliance with company and UAE labor requirements related to onboarding documentation.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR or onboarding, preferably within large-scale hospitality or F&B operations.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume onboarding cycles and manage multiple joining timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills, particularly in maintaining manual trackers and Excel-based reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or onboarding systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
