Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase community participation, engagement, and retention.
- Moderate discussions, answer queries, and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content (announcements, AMAs, updates, guides, contests) tailored for the crypto betting community.
- Be the voice of the brand-ensuring consistent tone and messaging across channels.
- Identify and amplify community-generated content to showcase authentic user experiences.
- Act as a bridge between players, influencers, and internal teams-sharing community insights, feedback, and trends to improve products and campaigns.
- Support promotions, partnerships, and affiliate initiatives by activating community participation.
- Organize and host events such as live chats, tournaments, giveaways, and community challenges to boost activity and visibility.
- Build and nurture relationships with crypto and betting influencers, KOLs, and brand advocates.
- Track engagement metrics, campaign performance, and community sentiment.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
- Proven experience managing online communities, preferably within crypto, iGaming, or fintech.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and online betting/casino environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Proficiency with community management tools (Telegram/Discord bots, analytics dashboards, scheduling tools).
- Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute engagement campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a passion for building relationships.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones and respond to urgent community needs.
