We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Middle East team in Dubai. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating projects with clients, ensuring smooth execution, and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project timelines and communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.

• Support project planning, documentation, and reporting.

• Provide excellent customer service and technical support during project implementation.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Technical teams.

• Visit client sites when required and assist in resolving any project-related issues.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or technical support within the construction or manufacturing sector.

• Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving attitude and customer orientation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

• Fluent in English (Arabic would be an advantage).

• UAE driving license is a plus.
