Project Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to lead key digital initiatives across the organization. In this role, you’ll manage multiple projects from inception through delivery — ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You should be equally comfortable diving into technical details as you are managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving global initiatives that create measurable business impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, define, and document business requirements, ensuring all deliverables align with agreed objectives and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide transparent and consistent communication to stakeholders and regional teams through progress updates and reporting.
• Identify potential risks and delays early, proposing actionable solutions to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate planning, testing, and implementation activities across technical, business, and operational teams.
• Document and communicate key meeting outcomes, including decisions and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to align priorities, implement initiatives, and manage the overall project roadmap.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes, enhance collaboration, and drive efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working within financial services, technology, or digital platform environments (web and mobile).
• Demonstrated success managing technical projects or system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence across multiple teams and regions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
• A team player with a growth mindset, eager to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
