Deliverables
- Develop a WordPress-based website with a modular architecture for future upgrades.
- Implement core pages: Home, About, Contact, Privacy/Terms.
- Build a searchable provider directory and a careers board with a posting form.
- Create an events/webinars page and a resource marketplace.
- Integrate a payment gateway (PayFast or PayGate) for monetization.
- Develop an admin dashboard for content management and approvals.
- Ensure responsive design and user-friendly navigation.
- Provide a project timeline, cost estimate, and post-launch support or retainer options.
- Share a portfolio of similar community or directory sites.
- Sign an NDA prior to receiving further project details.
- Proven experience building WordPress community or directory sites.
- Strong skills in PHP, WordPress theme and plugin development, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with payment gateway integration (PayFast, PayGate, or similar).
- Ability to design modular, scalable solutions for future feature expansion.
- Experience with admin dashboards and content management workflows.
- Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Availability to deliver the MVP by January 2026 and provide ongoing support.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant projects is required.
- Experience working with nonprofit or professional community platforms is a plus.
