Senior Analyst, Home Financing Product & Campaign Analytics:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Analyst, Home Financing Product & Campaign Analytics for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Analyst, Home Financing Product & Campaign Analytics - Job Description:

The role involves consulting on analytical solutions to enable high-quality, fact-based business decisions for better business outcomes. The project focuses on developing the strategy and roadmap for data quality, analytics, and sophisticated decision support tools.

Senior Analyst, Home Financing Product & Campaign Analytics - Responsibilities:

• Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.

• Leads the design, development, and implementation of analytic solutions.

• Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.

• Designs, develops, and implements innovative analytical solutions.

• Cleanses, manipulates, and transforms data through programming/scripting.

• Automates validation tests to improve quality and efficiency of the validation process.

• Builds reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights.

Senior Analyst, Home Financing Product & Campaign Analytics - Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant data analytics experience.

• Knowledge and experience in data preparation, data analysis, and statistical tool sets including SQL, SAS (certified).

• Advanced product knowledge for the designated business/portfolio.

• Understanding of measurement techniques (a/b testing, treatment control framework).

• Data mining, data storytelling, and data visualization skills.

• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

• Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.

Senior Analyst, Home Financing Product & Campaign Analytics – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous knowledge of home financing, HELOCs, mortgages (particularly in banking setting).

• RESL analytics experience.

• Previous banking experience.

• Previous experience in leading projects.

• Experience with R, Python, PowerBI, PowerPoint.

Senior Analyst, Home Financing Product & Campaign Analytics – Assignment Length:

This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
