Java Developer

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Java Developer to support our team in Singapore. It's a 12 months base renewable contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be involved in all phases of the development lifecycle, ideating, designing, and developing high-quality solutions.
• He/she will collaborate with various teams to build and deliver solutions and ensure that the solutions are delivered on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proven working experience in Java/J2EE application development.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8, Oracle, and PL/SQL including packages, views, procedures, etc.
• Strong experience in WebLogic server.
• Working knowledge and experience with DevOps tools for source control and CI/CD, such as GitHub.
• Strong collaboration skill, a good team player and the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and written skills.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of Crystal Report (reporting tool) and ctrlM (workload automation solution).
• Knowledge of JSP and JavaScript.
• Experience in JDBC and REST APIs.
