Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure architecture for core business systems.
• Take full ownership of core feature development, from technical solution design to writing clean, rigorous, and high-quality code.
• Continuously track industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and drive technical innovation to evolve our systems.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in core Java, with a strong command of frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Proven, hands-on experience in microservice architecture design and practice.
• Strong proficiency in database design, performance tuning, and optimization (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to debug, perform root cause analysis, and resolve critical system issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
