Core Value of the Role You will be responsible for the technical integration and optimization of payment channels in the Thai market, building a highly available and resilient cross-border payment system. This role directly supports top retail, e-commerce, and O2O clients, covering both online and offline payment scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Take new retail as an example, design and deliver integrated online/offline acquiring solutions, with deep familiarity in mainstream offline acquiring methods such as POS acquiring and QR code acquiring.
- Maintain strong communication with local new retail clients to understand industry needs; ensure effective information sharing internally and provide technical support for integration.
- Lead the technical integration and testing of Thai payment channels (e.g., PromptPay, QR Payment, local cards, international cards, e-wallets such as TrueMoney, LinePay, ShopeePay, PaotangPay), ensuring delivery according to business timelines.
- Monitor payment flow stability, troubleshoot issues (such as channel outages, performance bottlenecks, customer complaints), and coordinate optimization between channel partners and internal teams.
- Engage regularly with local merchants and payment providers, offering technical support to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Act as a key R&D contributor, independently driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely rollout of pilot projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on development experience in payment systems (payment gateway/acquiring platform/channel gateway), familiar with offline acquiring (POS, QR) and core payment flows (sign-up, payment, clearing, reconciliation).
- Proven experience in channel integration; strong risk awareness; familiarity with fault tolerance, idempotency, and data consistency in distributed systems.
- Proficient in Java (high-concurrency and distributed system design); hands-on Golang experience is a plus.
- Familiar with RocketMQ, Redis, and database sharding & partitioning.
- Proficient in Thai and Chinese communication; ability to collaborate with headquarters in Chinese is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of integrated online/offline acquiring solutions in the new retail industry, with hands-on knowledge of mainstream offline acquiring methods.
- Direct experience integrating with local e-wallets (TrueMoney, LinePay, ShopeePay, PaotangPay).
- Previous work experience in cross-border payment companies.
- Experience in payment stability improvement or fraud/loss prevention projects.

- 定期与当地商户和支付供应商沟通,提供技术对接与支持,确保项目顺利落地。
- 作为研发骨干,独立推动跨部门协作,保障 Pilot 项目上线节奏。

- 本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业。
- 1-3年支付系统开发经验(支付网关/收单平台/渠道网关),熟悉线下收单(如如POS收单、扫
- 有渠道对接实战经验,具备风控意识,熟悉分布式系统中的容灾、幂等、数据一致性设计。
- 精通 Java(高并发、分布式场景设计),具备 Golang 实战经验优先。
- 熟悉 RocketMQ、Redis、分库分表等中间件。
- 熟练使用泰语/中文沟通,能用中文和总部团队协作优先。
