Job Description

We are looking for a Finance-focused Business Analyst to join Experian Automotive. You will play a critical part in delivering business insights, enhancing reporting, and streamlining primary business intelligence. You are data-driven and eager to partner with our teams to guide important decisions, track performance, and improve process. You will report to Experian Automotive's Vice President of Product Management.

You'll Have Opportunity To

  • Establish, maintain, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business and financial performance.
  • Support monthly forecast cycles by gathering inputs, validating assumptions, and building reporting that highlights risks and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and tools that deliver clear, relevant insights to business leaders.
  • Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts to improve recurring reporting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct ad hoc business and financial analysis, providing recommendations that support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Technology partners to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting and data usage.
  • Document finance processes and reporting standards to ensure scalability and continuous improvement.
  • Use tools such as Excel (can perform complex functions) , Power BI, AWS, Tableau, and Oracle to deliver reporting solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience in data analysis, finance, business analysis, or a similar environment.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, AWS, or financial and statistical oriented software.
  • Experience conveying complex issues.
  • Experience delivering high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy.
  • Experience developing analyses using large datasets.
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
