Key Responsibilities
1. Formulate and execute the sales strategy to deliver ≥20 % compound annual revenue growth and expand Sylvanix market share across the United States.
2. Coordinate the team to open new customers and achieve full U.S. geographic coverage.
3. Build relationships with designers to grow the designer/specifier channel and secure large, iconic projects.
4. Lead the development of new product categories, propose product improvements and new-product concepts.
5. Team management and report to the Board; embrace the company’s values while driving brand influence and market share throughout North America.
Work Location
Headquarters: New Jersey (flexible work options). New-Jersey-based candidates preferred; exceptional applicants may be considered elsewhere. Frequent travel for market/ customers development is required.
Qualifications
1. 10+ years in North American building-materials industry with proven distributor-network and Big-Box retail management experience.
2. Strong designer/architect channel resources: documented cooperation with AIA, ASLA and NAHB members.
3. Demonstrated new-customer development capability.
4. Proven team-management skills.
5. Bachelor’s degree or above; Master’s in engineering/materials preferred.
