About the Team
This team is responsible for creating the digital foundation that enables fully automated manufacturing and integrated launch operations. Their mission is to streamline workflows across the entire lifecycle of a launch vehicle - from raw materials to liftoff.
Working closely with experts across design, materials, manufacturing, and testing, they’re designing and deploying software that connects people, data, and hardware in real time. Long-term, this platform is being built to support scalable, autonomous operations both on Earth and beyond.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and iterate on full-stack applications that support manufacturing and operations.
- Develop tools that help engineers plan production, analyze test data, and manage key workflows across the organization.
- Collaborate directly with end users to identify requirements, prototype solutions, and continuously improve performance.
- Follow agile practices and ensure high-quality, continuously integrated code.
- Solve complex engineering problems with elegant, efficient solutions.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software.
- Strong background in full-stack development with deep expertise in front-end frameworks (React preferred).
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and non-software stakeholders.
- Passionate about mentoring and growing other engineers.
Bonus experience:
- Designing scalable service architectures.
- Systems-level programming or low-latency front-end development.
- Working on large, complex codebases across multiple platforms.
