Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large mid-market accounts, building trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Drive adoption of Foley solutions, ensuring customers achieve measurable ROI and business outcomes
- Proactively monitor account health, identify risks, and develop action plans to mitigate churn
- Partner with Sales to identify and execute on expansion opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic account planning for high-value customers
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives that improve processes, tooling, and customer experience
- Leverage Planhat to manage account health and track success metrics
- 3+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment, preferably with mid-market or enterprise customers
- Strong track record of driving retention, reducing churn, and achieving NRR targets
- Ability to build trusted, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Proficiency with customer success platforms; Planhat experience is a plus
- Knowledge of DOT compliance is a nice-to-have but not required
- Retain and grow a portfolio of large mid-market accounts
- Consistently achieve NRR, retention, and churn targets
- Drive adoption and measurable business value for customers
- Contribute to the evolution of Foley's Customer Success strategy through best practices and project work

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $59,500 - $70,000 annually + additional variable compensation, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
