What will you do
- Support the design of our app and web portal across UX and UI
- Assist in defining user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new features
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our design system
- Work with senior designers to translate research and feedback into design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers during design handoff and implementation
- Participate in usability testing, design critiques, and user research sessions
- Foundational understanding of UX and visual design principles — layout, typography, and hierarchy
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
- Curiosity for learning how to design for both mobile and web platforms
- Attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback
- Clear communicator — able to explain your design decisions and thought process
- Organized and proactive — able to manage your time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Coursework, projects, or personal work that demonstrate strong visual and interaction design skills
- Curiosity about how digital products work and how users interact with them
- Passion for privacy, security, and ethical technology
- Comfort working in ambiguity — willingness to experiment and learn quickly
- Respect for users’ data and commitment to designing trustworthy experiences
- Interest in startups, product development, or design-led organizations
