We’re seeking to connect an Agile Scrum Program Manager with a leading technology organization on a direct hire basis. The role is hybrid and located in Atlanta, GA. As an Agile Scrum Program Manager, you will join a passionate team dedicated to driving organizational agility and success across cross-functional programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate program-level planning sessions and manage program increment (PI) planning along with quarterly business reviews.
- Identify, manage, and communicate program-level dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple agile teams.
- Champion best practices in Agile/Scrum, coaching Scrum Masters and team members to improve effectiveness.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives within the program.
- Serve as the primary liaison between development teams and executive leadership, managing stakeholder communication and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) is highly desired; additional certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, PSM) preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with at least 2 years in agile program management.
- Proven success in leading agile transformations in complex, multi-team environments.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
