UX Designer - Games

We have a rather unique opportunity for a passionate games-maestro with UX design as their forte! Our client is a creator of slots and other monetized games available through many online casinos globally. Your role will be to liaise with the Product Owners (Game Producers) and all departments involved in the creation of games, to guide the stakeholders on each game's best UX design solution. You will have the chance to literally design the UI for each game... How is THAT for a fun role?

Role & Responsibilities

• Set up UX guidelines for each game
• Build and communicate UX designs of in-progress game features via interactive wireframes and documentation
• Ensure each game is developed in such a way that it can be clearly understood by players while maintaining regulatory requirements
• Review existing features and provide feedback
• Suggest features to enhance UX based on data-driven insights
• Investigate and implement play testing opportunities
• Create new processes in UX-enhancement
• Collaborate closely within the department and cross-departmentally to deliver the best possible products!
  
  

Education, Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience from a similiar role in games development and/or online casino / slots
• Experience of Game Design Techniques
• An undying passion for gamification
• Understanding of Game Mechanics (for slots)
• Experience of investigating player behaviours based on demographics
• Experience on both Desktop and mobile UX design
• Ability to consolidate designs from a loose set of requirements
• Ability to work responsibly independently
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  
  

About This Role

• Salary €66 - 78K depending on experience
• Full time, based in Central Stockholm or Malmö, or Sliema
