About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business and technology - translating business needs into functional solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of digital products across mobile and web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and refine business requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with IT and delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Design and execute test cases, support UAT, and ensure smooth go-live.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and MIS updates for management.
- Support digital product implementation across mobile and online channels.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain preferred.
- Proven expertise in delivering digital products across mobile and web.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, user stories, and functional testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
