What will you do at Fynd?
- Debug and resolve production issues by analyzing logs, performance metrics, and code behavior.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using Node.js, Python, and React.js.
- Develop scripts, tools, and automation workflows to streamline operational and monitoring tasks.
- Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from understanding requirements to deployment and monitoring.
- Build robust API integrations and work with databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Deploy and manage scalable services using GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate across teams to improve product stability, observability, and developer efficiency.
- Document systems, create flowcharts, and propose solutions that simplify operations and improve maintainability.
- Take full ownership of the code you build — from design to deployment and beyond.
- Hands-on knowledge in Node.js or Python, or React.js.
- Understanding MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Operating Systems.
- You enjoy debugging, maintaining, and optimizing real-world systems at scale.
- You love automating repetitive tasks to improve team productivity.
- You can work across frontend or backend as needed and are always eager to learn new technologies.
- You might not have experience with all the tools we use, but you’re open to learning with the right guidance and resources.
- BTech/BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
