Role Overview :

As the Director of Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and scalable operations across all departments. You will be responsible for aligning operational processes with business goals, driving cross-functional collaboration, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will lead initiatives that strengthen the company’s operational foundation and support growth at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Trustgrid’s long-term goals.
• Oversee coordination between Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams to ensure efficient product delivery.
• Design and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) across product, support, and operations.
• Manage resource allocation and optimize vendor relationships for maximum ROI.
• Oversee IT infrastructure operations including DevOps and cybersecurity.
• Build and mentor high-performing operational and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
• Oversee post-launch support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Support strategic partnerships and alliances that expand operational capabilities.
• Present operational insights and updates to executive leadership and the board.

• Proven experience in operational leadership within the software industry.
• Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management.
• Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, DevOps, and cybersecurity principles.
• Skilled in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

·       Experience working with mobile development background, SaaS or cloud-native software environments.

·       Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies for process optimization.

·       Exposure to international markets and distributed team management.

·       Strong understanding of data analytics, automation, and AI-driven decision systems.

·       MBA or advanced certification in operations or technology management.
