Job Title: .NET Engineer

We’re seeking a talented .NET Engineer to join our innovative development team, delivering high-quality software solutions for the public sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in building digital services that make a real difference, all while working remotely in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications built on .NET Core and .NET Framework
• Build, integrate, and secure RESTful APIs
• Deliver cloud-based solutions using Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, SQL Database)
• Manage source control, build pipelines, and releases through Azure DevOps
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to uphold code quality and reliability
• Apply best practices for security, including OAuth, JWT, and data encryption

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in C# and the wider .NET ecosystem
• Previous experience working on public sector projects
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and HTTP protocols
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies and DevOps workflows
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and authentication mechanisms
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Active SC Clearance
