Mode of Employment : Permanent

Base location : Bristol, UK.

Can consider candidates who are ready to travel or relocate to Bristol office 2 days a week (Must)

Key Responsibilities

Agile Program Leadership

Lead and manage cross functional Agile teams across the full software development lifecycle

Facilitate Agile ceremonies daily standups sprint planning retrospectives demos

Ensure alignment with business goals managing product backlogs and sprint deliverables

Technical Delivery Oversight

Oversee the design development and deployment of scalable applications using NET Core C ASPNET AngularReact SQL Server and Azure

Ensure seamless integration of AIML models into NETbased applications collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers

Drive the adoption of DevOps practices CICD pipelines and cloudnative architectures

Stakeholder Client Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for UKbased clients ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and timelines

Translate business requirements into technical deliverables ensuring stakeholder satisfaction

Governance Quality Assurance

Monitor project KPIs manage risks and ensure compliance with security data privacy and AI ethics standards

Implement quality assurance practices including automated testing code reviews and performance monitoring

Team Development Mentorship

Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices technical skills and AI integration strategies

Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement
