£75,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Progression
Position for a Project Engineering Manager to deliver the CAPEX scheme of a major manufacturer going through significant growth & investment.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on an autonomous role overseeing & delivering a diverse project portfolio with excellent progression & development opportunities available.
An ideal applicant will be an experienced Project Engineering Manager (or similar) with excellent leadership abilities and proven experience in the management & delivery of major CAPEX projects. You will come from a manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, Heavy Engineering, Chemical, or similar background.
The company are a leading manufacturer with an international presence. They invest £5m+ in their site per year, with a brand-new local facility currently going through FEED. Due to this continued growth & significant investment, they are seeking a Project Engineering Manager to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.
In this fully autonomous & technically diverse role, you will a team of 6 project engineers and deliver various upgrade and improvement projects. You will play the lead role in all stakeholder engagement and drive continuous improvements wherever possible.
Position:
*Project Engineering Manager
*£75,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Progression
*Concurrent delivery of diverse projects focused on site upgrades & equipment installation.
*Coaching, mentoring and developing a team of 6 project engineers
*Genuine opportunities for further development and future progression

*Manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, Heavy Engineering, Chemical, or similar industry background
*Excellent team leadership & stakeholder management abilities
*Proven experience in the delivery of site-based improvement projects
