We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst - PowerBI Developer to join our team at Triskele Labs. This role is critical in transitioning our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) reporting from a manual, labour-intensive process to a fully automated and interactive solution using PowerBI, however over a longer term this project is but one example of many reporting uplifts required across the business. You will be responsible for developing PowerBI dashboards, integrating data flows, scripting and building data pipelines, and managing all aspects of data collection and reporting.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Specific activities, duties and deliverables include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards to provide meaningful insights and real-time reporting for our clients
- Automate existing MDR reporting processes, replacing manual data collection with API integrations and scripting.
- Design and implement data pipelines using Python and PowerBI to support real-time and scheduled reporting needs
- Integrate various data sources, including Microsoft 365, Log Management solutions, and other cybersecurity tools, into unified reporting solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement new data analysis opportunities that support compliance and security initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms
- Identify innovative opportunities for AI and LLM integration into existing and new dashboards to uplift value
- Other tasks as required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with PowerBI development, including DAX, M-query, and custom visualisations
- Proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as Python to enable ingestion and parsing of data
- Hands-on experience with API integration and building automated data pipelines
- Critical thinking, independent working capabilities, and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into easy-to-understand insights
- Background in data analytics and experience working in cybersecurity environments is highly advantageous.

- Independent Working: Capable of managing workload autonomously and taking initiative to solve problems without supervision
- Takes Direction: Comfortable with receiving guidance and feedback, and capable of adapting to evolving project requirements

Working Arrangements
