The Position
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to support the implementation of marketing strategies for a leading anti-wrinkle injectable product. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will contribute to impactful campaigns, empower the sales team with effective tools and resources, and drive brand awareness across Australia and New Zealand. This is an initial contract until June 2026, with a view to permanency in the new financial year and would be suited to an Associate Product Manager looking to step up into a full product manager role with a solid mentor.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing collateral to support sales efforts and educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.
- Assist in planning and executing industry events and conferences across ANZ.
- Support direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns in New Zealand, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Monitor marketing budgets and manage stock levels of promotional materials.
- Ensure all materials comply with relevant industry codes and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetics industry.
- Exposure to HCP marketing and digital campaigns is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual presentation.
- A positive, can-do attitude with high ethical standards.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
