People & Culture Coordinator
Location: Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid – 4 days in office)

 

At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement, and will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional veterinary care.

 

We’re seeking an organised and proactive People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator to support both Learning & Development (L&D) and Human Resources (HR) functions through effective administration and project coordination. Reporting to the Capability Director, you’ll thrive in a role that offers variety, encourages process improvement, and fosters collaboration in a purpose-driven environment. You’ll bring a blend of people skills and precision, managing multiple priorities with confidence while continuously looking for ways to enhance how we work.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to both the L&D and HR and teams

  • Manage our Learning Management System, maintaining learning content, user data, and reporting

  • Support the delivery of engaging learning programs, workshops, and compliance training

  • Contribute to L&D content creation using tools like Canva, Camtasia, and ELMO Course Builder

  • Be the first point of contact for HR enquiries, resolving or triaging queries with care and efficiency

  • Assist with HR processes including contracts, documentation, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration

  • Support HR Business Partners and Managers on projects that enhance our people experience, culture, and engagement

 

What we’re looking for

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or relevant experience in a similar role

  • Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation

  • Empathy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed at work

  • Strong relationship-building skills, especially in a geographically dispersed team

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence using LMS and HRIS platforms (experience with ELMO is a plus) and Microsoft Excel

  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Camtasia (highly regarded)
