The Opportunity
Revo Fitness is an emerging leader in the Australian Fitness Industry, as we continue to grow across Australia, we're looking for a full-time Data Analyst to help power our growth through data-led insights and innovation.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our data-driven culture. You’ll collect, clean, and analyse data from a range of sources, applying statistical techniques to uncover meaningful trends and opportunities.
You’ll also manage databases, build predictive models, and develop dashboards that support strategic decision-making. Collaborating with stakeholders to design insightful reports.
Key Focuses will be: Power BI reporting, Azure and Automation Support.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, store, clean, and pre process data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyse data using statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
- Prepare and quality-assure data for monthly Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Document and streamline existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Support automation efforts using Azure Data Factory, Microsoft SQL databases, and Power BI dataflows.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and insight generation as data capability continues to grow.
- Develop and maintain databases, leveraging APIs and connectors to ensure regular data updates.
- Create data models and dashboards that clearly communicate insights and support decision-making across the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators and strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, legal regulations, and cybersecurity protocols to protect data integrity and privacy.
- Bachelor's degree in rated field, such as Business or Statistics.
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with Power BI, including building and managing reports and dashboards.
- Experience with Azure, including integrating and utilising cloud-based analytics solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the knack for storytelling - turning complex datasets into clear, compelling insights to share with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in structured languages such as SQL & DAX.
- Additional skills in programming languages such as Python & R are beneficial, however not required.
